About Us

Sturrock Construction, formerly known as Rock Compact Excavating, began when the company’s first excavator was purchased in August 2016 by Cooper Sturrock.

Cooper was born and raised in Grey County and has always had a large interest in the excavation field. The company’s fleet has been slowly expanding over the last 8 years to which now has four excavators varying from 2 ½-ton to 20-ton, multiple tri-axle dump trucks, single-axle dump truck, skid steer, and more!
